No Longer Human
In this book we follow Oba Yozo's life, an isolated, afraid and depressed man from Japanese upper class. The author explores the existential fears of being human, deals with dense topics such as suicide, phobias, economic and family pressures, love. It makes us question what does it mean to be human, and to adapt to human conventions.

In this novel the author explores time travel but from an interpersonal humanistic perspective. The Devil and Miss Prym
Another great piece of Paulo Coelho. With this masterpiece he challenges our preconceptions of good and evil. It makes us accomplices of a very perverse dilemma. It is and invitation for us to question what would we be willing to do for money? What's the role of good and evil in everyday life.

The Witch of Portobello

SIGNS: The
Secret Language
of the Universe
In this book, the author deals with one of the biggest questions, death and it's relationship with the living. They give examples of ways in which
"the other side" communicates with the living. Even if you are a skeptic like me, it has interesting examples of real people experiencing weird and unique situations.
