El Monje Que Vendió Su Ferrari

A classic of human development. This author uses interesting storytelling to share its view on life, and specifically on the lessons it wants to share with the reader. It is direct and straightforward, as well as easy to read.

  • Failure is necessary for the expansion of the person. Accept it as the teacher it is. There are no errors. Just lessons.

  • I can't love if I don't know how to love myself.

  • There is no objective reality. Where there is tragedy for someone, there is the seed of opportunity for someone else.

  • I've had dreams and I've had nightmares. I have overcome my nightmares thanks to my dreams. Start living from your imagination, not your memory

  • There is nothing noble about being superior to another person, true nobility lies in being superior to your old self.

  • The book is the wise man's best friend. Knowledge is only potential power. If it is not put into practice, it is of no use.

  • You are what you rell yourself you are all the time. We are not human beings with a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings with a human experience.

  • He who fails in planning, plans his failure. Conviértete en arquitecto de tu futuro.

This book is a great starting point for anyone that feels lost. I had already read this book years ago, but neither me nor the book are the same. It is simple, easy to read and truly deep. It confronts you to the paradigms you might have interjected years ago, and questions the beliefs that are determining the way you live.
