In general this book talks about energy spiritual energy from different perspectives. The author gives different examples and applications of how we relate to energy and the universe. It feels a little dispersed I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
Everything has a crack in it; and that's how the light gets in.
You can't control the wind, but you can adjust the sails.
When you go at your own pace, all that's out there is good music to dance to.
You transmit what you feel, not what you say.
Think about what you want to happen on a big scale, so you can take care of it on a small scale. Taking care of your health in small ways is taking care of your health in big ways.
Ask yourself whether it is reality or just your interpretation.
Have uncomfortable conversations. Silence kills.
I feel this books is a little generic and a little all over the place. If you are looking for different perspectives on human development you can read it, but it's not necessary my first choice.
